The cooking classes take place in the kitchen overlooking the garden and the beautiful Tuscany landscape of my home in the centre of Città della Pieve. For the classes we will use only fresh, seasonal, and local products. The lessons include the preparation of different kinds of pasta or lasagne,or parmigiana aubergine or gnocchi or rice from scratch, sauce and a dessert; you' ll learn how to use he rolling pin, the pastry board, and the pasta machine. During the experience, in the garden of my home overlooking one of the most beautiful panoramas of Tuscany, I'll offer first italian appetizers with red and white wine, and then we'll have the lunch in my dining room upstairs. From June to August and from October to December I can organize extra a Truffle Hunt in the surrounding woods: the truffle experience lasts about 1,5 hour and then, in the following cooking class we'll learn how to clean and prepare the truffles and how to cook them.
