During this hour-and-a-half long class: - guests will learn the history of terrariums, how to care for them, and the purpose each ingredient serves - the price includes all materials needed to make a 6-inch terrarium with two succulents, moss, specially formulate soil, activated charcoal, rocks and a surprise decorative element - guests will leave with their terrariums and a take-home care card - we'll take a tour of my shared studio, The Lemon Collective, and learn about our mission and our place in the D.C. art scene
Sill Life is a line of one-of-a-kind terrariums made in Washington, D.C. Each product is made using hearty succulents from a family-run nursery, foraged moss and soil formulated to keep plants growing strong. Terrariums come with detailed care instructions that even the blackest of thumbs can follow. In addition to mini gardens, Sill Life also offers terrarium classes for groups small and large in the D.C. area. And don’t worry – we’ll take care of the clean up.
