You will be welcome in my cooking schools, in Syracuse or in Palazzolo Acreide. In a kindky atmosfear, I will offer you a welcome aperitif and then we'll cook togerther! We will start by kneading the Sicilian cannoli, as a rule, the dough should be prepared a day before and left to rest in the fridge, so I will have some ready-made dough to show you what it will be like a day later. Put the first dough in the fridge, we will move on to the preparation of fresh pasta. We will begin to prepare the cavatelli, then we will proceed with the tagliatelle and finish with the ravioli filled with ricotta. During the preparation of the fresh apsta, the cannoli dough will remain in the fridge in order to become cold enough to be worked. After preparing fresh pasta, we will put it in the trays and you can take it away, to be able to show it to your friends and relatives and consume it all together at home! After this preparation, we will think about the preparation of the ricotta cream that will serve to garnish the cannoli. In the meantime we will put the fryer machine into operation and proceed with the preparation of the cannoli pods and fry them. Once all the ingredients are ready, we will make the cannoli and eat them all together! I will offer you a glass of wine, limoncello or a good coffee and we will say goodbye. The experience will last about two hours.
