I wait for you in my house, in Esporles, where I live, to start preparing the paella. In the open kitchen located in the patio of my house we will cook the original paella: the Valencian one, (of 3 meats and vegetables), prepared as it has been done for more than 150 years. I will guide you through the cooking process of your paella while we taste some other Spanish food and talk about the culture of paella in Spain. The whole activity will be done in a friendly environment, no rush, just like we do it when we celebrate with our family. We will finish with a nice lunch around our freshly-made Valencian paella.
I was born in Alicante, (Valencia) where paella is almost a religion. For me, cooking and eating well is a way of life. Since I was old enough to make my own paella I started learning all the secrets and became even more passionate about it. At home, all the special events are celebrated with a family-cooked paella. And everybody who tasted paella here has been unable to eat it in a restaurant afterwards.

The experience takes place in my house. It is a century old house where I live with my family in Esporles, a beautiful village in the Serra de Tramuntana Mountains. If the weather allows it, we will do the activity in my beautiful garden.
