With a background in sculpture and an obsession with highly organized snack spreads, my enthusiasm will provide you with both the tools to impress your next dinner guests as well the satisfaction of lining up plenty of small and tasty things. - one 8oz block of yellow cheddar cheese (alternatives welcome)
- one 8oz block of white cheddar cheese
- one block or pre-sliced package Swiss cheese
- two fresh tomatoes (substitute cucumber, carrot, beet, or radish if you like)

I'm a Brooklyn-based visual artist with a passion for snacks. Over the last five years, I have designed and hosted numerous experimental dinners from a fine arts perspective in and around NYC. I am also the founder/owner of Aesthetically Complex Pies--a conceptual pie and snack company. I'm excited to share my innovative snack-design techniques through this platform as an interactive experience!

This was a really unique experience! I came across it when looking for a cooking class and thought it sounded really relaxing. I was right! Sarah was a great host and we had a nice conversation while she walked me through the design. She also encourages creativity and to add your own twist to the art. Really awesome and highly recommend!

I wanted to plan a fun experience for my friend's birthday. It was a great success! Sarah was easy to communicate with and gave me options for the design. As this was my first Airbnb online experience, I had some technical questions at the time of reservation and Sarah was responsive and answered them all. She provides a shopping list and the attendees can personalize it to their liking. There were 8 guests in our party. We gathered together and Sarah led us through the workshop. Everyone worked at their own pace, enjoyed conversation, and were pleased with our final products. I’d highly recommend this experience to others who are looking for a fun, creative online activity that is suitable for all ages.
