The lesson starts with a paddleboard lesson, with basics of paddling and balance. After having the brief trip we going to paddle enjoying a nice view from Cascais Village until a quiet place to start the yoga expirience. The group is led by a sequence of postures that stimulate body and mind. To relax still on the board we going to do expeirience the Tibetian Bowl meditation. The vibrations emitted by the bowls providing harmony and awaken the healing power of the body. We use REAL boards (not inflatable) I will bring along a camera to take some pictures and videos that I can share with you. Upon returning to the beach, we will share experiences and celebrait life with a delicious energizing juice.
Yoga has been part of my life for more than 10 years, but it was at sea that it transformed me. I do paddle board since 2009 and five years ago I felt that my two passions were integrated. I started to practice SUP Yoga, adapting my daily practice to the paddle board. I felt more and more that the water environment collaborates with the concentration and gives the fluidity and balance necessary for the practice. The passion was so big that four years ago I decided to leave my profession as a journalist in Brazil and I came to Portugal to follow my dream. I´m Hatha Yoga and SUP certified

We going to meet on Duquesa´s beach on the beautiful coast of Cascais, known for its calm waters and good weather. We going to paddle around the bay for a little, and thand we go for Yoga. The access is quite easy to be near the train station and to have on-site parking.
