We will use the freshest local seasonal products from our local food markets, including our extra virgin olive oil from Sevillian`s family. In this 100% hands on cooking class, you will prepare a Classic Spanish Sangría and will learn how to cook a Tradiitional Paella from Valencia, the most authentic Paella in Spain. Previous cooking skills are not needed as we will teach you the tecniques and every step from the begining. At the end of the cooking class, you will taste an Andalusian home made starter (Gazpacho), and will have the chance to relax and enjoy the Paella and Sangria you cooked!
Hello! My name is Maria and I am a Professional Chef and creator food-projects, gastronomy events and cooking classes in Spain. I am passionate about Spanish cuisine and culture since my childhood during which I learned to cook according to my grandmother's ancient traditions.
