We will stay and work in the farm lodge, or in the big Tuscan family Kitchen according to seasons and climate. After cooking the "Schiacciata Bread" we will have a little brunch together with organic farm products.
You can reach my farm with your car or with the train arriving to Calenzano rail station, where I can pick you up and bring you back after the workshop. Podere Montisi farm is 3 km from rail station.
