Looking to unwind and relax? Then, come try yoga! No experience necessary; all levels welcome. Ours is a unique class guided alternately in simple English/Japanese. The series of gentle poses will bring calm and help you deepen your journey within, leaving you feeling refreshed and revitalized at the end of the class. The class will consist of a series of simple practices: Breath work, warm ups, Asana (yoga postures), and final relaxation (meditation). Asana practice will begin with Sun Salutation leading into basic postures simple enough to practice in your daily life, followed by finishing postures to open up the body and to soothe the mind for deep relaxation. Pace will be slow and gentle, and modified versions of the postures (using props when necessary) will be shown to accommodate all levels of flexibility and strength. Come relax, chill, and release all tensions in your body and mind…and take home a piece of memorable bilingual yoga experience!
