Put on your walking shoes & come exploring the local wild plants of the Peak District! We will learn about medicinal & culinary uses for many of the plants we find, with some history, Folk-lore & anecdotes. Be prepared for the world to look a little different when you return, since you will probably be astonished just how interesting so many of our common wild plants are! These Herb Walks are relaxed & gentle, normally lasting about 2 hours, with plenty of time to stop & get to know the plants, including tasting & making tea with them where appropriate! Bring a waterproof jacket in case it rains!
