Hi There! My name is Tina. For 3 years I lived in India and Nepal and dove deep into learning meditation, yoga, massage and breathwork. On the path I encountered this Belly Massage technique that has changed my life and opened space for deeper self-exploration. I would love to introduce you to it! We will meet in a beautiful meditation space for group session or a cozy private healing room for individual sessions on West 28th street, just a block from FIT. You will explore the depths of your inner self while you apply soft pressure on your belly and I guide you with self-care instructions and sounds. Be prepared to let go of all you don't need. We will then share about our experience and ground our self with some chocolate and tea.
