Nobel prize winning writer Ernest Hemingway famously lived in Havana for years, both leaving his mark on the island and letting Cuba leave its mark on his writing. In Old Havana he fell in love and frequented the nightlife that he enjoyed so much. In San Francisco de Paula he found his home, the Finca Vigía, and the peace he so sorely needed in order to write. In Cojímar he found inspiration and a port he could use for fishing, his other beloved pastime. We will visit these three places where we will talk why Hemingway found inspiration in these places.
