We'll start our sessions with a short introduction into the topic, where you'll learn different tips, tricks and techniques that will help you along in your cooking session and also give you a good foundation for your own experiments. After the presentation you will have a chance to put all this knowledge into practise, and under the guidance of an experienced chef, cook a seasonal plant-based dish together with the other participants. The last thing would be to enjoy the meal together and be pround of yourself :)
My name is Alina and my passion lies in cooking and teaching, so these two I have decided to combine into cooking classes. It all started in my student accommodation :) When I first began to cook for myself - I found a real passion for it and continued to explore the culinary world by trying new recipes each time. Majority of what I have learned about plant-based cooking came from the Youtube chefs and health presenters. So eventually I decided to get a job in catering and this opened a door for me to become a qualified cook.

The cooking classes will take place indoors - in a rented kitchen space of a local community centre.
最多可有5位年满16周岁的参与者参加。 Guests will need to bring their own aprons and containers (to take away what's been made). Guests just need to know basic knife skills, however this can be also shown in the class.
Please don't worry if you do not have any basic cooking skills. I was once in your shoes as well. Each class has a 5 people limit, so that I can give everyone an individual approach.
