From the meeting point I'll to take you a very nice spot where you'll have a very nice view to Szécheny Lánc híd and the Danube. We start to warm up our body to avoid any injury and when we are ready we start dancing. Duration of this dance is around one hour. There will be several type of songs like: (mostly) Salsa, Reggaeton, hip hop. There will be easy and a bit complex choreography as well but don't worries you will be able to follow me and I will also show the basic steps and we will practice them together before all songs. If you need a rest you can skip 1-2 songs it depends on your fitness level. We close the session with stretching and the well-deserved muesli bars. In one dance class, you can burn up to 700 calories, depending on the energy put forth. Please bring your smile to the class:)
I did a lot of sports just a few example: professional swimming, water-polo, KravMaga, Body Art and of course dancing.I learnt Salsa (reached advanced level) and bachata for 3 years.I've been doing Zumba for 2 years 3-4 times a week.Why do I really like dancing?It moves my all body meanwhile listening good music and dancing with fantastic people around me.After dancing I feel I did something for my health and it makes my soul happy.I also like to talk with people before or after the class.Dance gives me a lot of energy and happiness and I would like to share this passion with other people.
I am going to take you a very nice place next to Szécheny Lánchíd. There is a terrace above the tunnel where there is a beautiful view to the Bridge and the Danube. The castle is just few steps from this terrace as well.

Anybody can apply to this session.If you like to dance or just want to have a good cardio session you will enjoy it. Since we will dance outdoor even in the winter as well please bring proper clothes.
