We will create a delectable, Italian, plant powered meal together! First, we will take a stroll through the local park to a nearby vibrant, authentic market. From there, we will browse through the seasonal offerings & collect what we need for our meal. We will return to my place, and in the kitchen, we will create a seasonal meal. With advance notice, this meal can easily be completely vegan or adjusted to any food allergies or preferences. We can begin with some sort of home baked treat, such as focaccia or farinata. We will play with the toppings, ranging from, a spring pesto to sautéed onions in balsamic or homemade salsa verde etc. From here we can focus on seasonal vegetable dishes, such as the classic Roman spring dish of 'vignarola', or a variation of the Italian torta rustica (rustic savory tart) or a baked eggplant parmigiana. Lastly, we will wrap things up with Italian dolce, with a bright lemon olive oil cake or with the ever classical tiramisu, or perhaps a free form fruit galette. The menu is ever changing and evolving, due to the season's bounty and your interests! We can cater to your interests, so if you want to focus on pizza and tiramisu, we can do that!

I will be providing the meal from market to table. We will share 3 courses from starter, to main & lastly, dessert.
I will offer water, wine & coffee or tea.
We will meet at my apartment near Villa Gordiani Park, a local gem full of life. From here, we will stroll through the greenery, and ancient Roman ruins in which emperors used to live and. We will explore the local market, which is authentic in every way. There are a variety of stands selling typical products, & we will get what we need for our cooking. Then, we will make our way to my place, and get to cooking the fresh delights of the season.
