You may come with a group of up to 8 people or just yourself. We will have a quick introduction and go through what you will need to know before you begin. We will start with a warm-up in the hammocks, some stretches and gradually build into each progression moving in and out of the Aerial hammock learning some good feeling inversions, fun swinging, challenging climbs and even flips! We will keep the session to your comfort and fitness level, whatever you feel comfortable with, we will do. There is plenty we can do regardless of what your fitness level is.
I am a certified Aerial Instructor and was the first to open an Aerial fitness studio in the Richmond area in 2014. My certifications include Aerial Yoga, Aerial Pilates, Aerial Barre, Aerial Restorative and Aerial Suspension Fitness as well as PiYo, Yoga, Barre, Bungee Fitness, Resistance Training, and Personal Training.
The session is provided at our location located in the "Fan" district in Richmond. Address 1911 W. Cary St. Richmond, Va. 23220. After you spend time with us, you might want to visit the world Famous Shyndigz Restaraunt which is next door for a delicious sweet treat and glass of wine or beer.

Bring your phone so you can take pictures! Wear a shirt with some sleeve to cover the armpits, and remove any jewelry that could possibly snag the hammock material
If you have high/ low blood pressure, not controlled with medication or pregnant or easily affected by motion sickness, it may not be for you. We encourage laughing and photos during the entire time.
