Are you ready to cook like a local Greek? Meet us in the reception of Kritsa Gastronomy Hotel. We will drive 2km to our farm. There we will introduce you to our vision. We will walk to the farm's organic garden, you will collect all the necessary ingredints, fresh eggs from the chicken house and herbs from our herbgarden. Then, next to the wooden-fired oven in the open kitchen with our help you will cook local recipes and we will show you our secrets. During the cooking we will offer you "tsipouro" our local drink with small meze and we will set the table and you will enjoy what we cooked. A bag with small gifts and wonderful memories will be our goodbye.
I'm Eleni and Ι was born in Portaria on Mt. Pelion. I was raised next to my grandparents from whom a learned the secrets of the local cuisine in my father's traditional tavern. When Ι grew up Ι made my dream true when Ι started up my hotel in the region of Pelion. As a tribute to my ancestors and also evolution of my vision is "Karaiskos Farm, where we are organizing culinary activities with aim of entertaining our guests and promoting our local gastronomy too.
