Let’s learn how to make sushi rolls with ingredients you have at home!

In this class, we are going to teach you how to make your own creative sushi rolls with a few simple ingredients that are usually kept in the normal household. Even if you don’t have the usual sushi ingredients at home, you can make simple sushi rolls with ingredients for sandwiches.

Let’s take an advantage of this quarantine period to learn a new cooking skill or for enjoying family time together. Also, you can use our class for your kids’ virtual birthday parties, or remote cooking activities with friends you cannot see in person.

I am a native from Hokkaido, Japan. I had studied baking for many years in Japan. When I moved to New York in 2003, I enrolled and completed a course in Techniques of Bread at the Institute of Culinary Education. As a mother of four children and always concerned with “healthiness” of baked goods, I make non-preservative and uses organic ingredients as much as possible. My students and clients are not only Japanese, but include people from other countries. With the advantage of understanding different cultures and their tastes, I modifies recipe’s that suite them.
