We are a sustainable tropical coffee farm, where you can harvest coffee on a mountain piece of Western Vietnam. You will know how coffee is harvested, sorted, processed and distributed to your table. It's a long way, from the coffee to your cup of coffee, and we want to tell you that story, at our farm in Vietnam.
My name is Huy, co-founder of Midori Coffee Farm, I have 5 years of experience in studying, researching and building coffee farms. Here I do the work of growing, caring, harvesting, processing and roasting coffee. I love sustainable coffee and want to share my experience of how to bring coffee on your table and why coffee is sustainable for our people and planet..
We have some organic teas in the garden, and you can harvest and blend them to your liking.
Working clothes, hats and work boots.
We will harvest coffee with our farmers in the farm, you will distinguish the difference between Arabica and Robusta coffee. We will then sort and process coffee in the house together. This will be a physical experience, so you need to prepare your health.
Insect repellent, sunscreen, personal health care tools and drugs.
We are a tropical farm, their coffee plants are located on a hill of Vietnam mountains (high slope). So there may be insects in the garden, a lot of sunshine outdoors and some skin wounds.
