I'm Thao (Dzung's sister), a professional tour guide (with license) in Vietnam. Also as a writer in gastronomy for an online newspaper before, I have great passion for food, especially Vietnamese cuisine, which is well-known for its healthiness to our body. Eating healthy & greenly has become more liked by people in the world, and me included. I choose to eat more vegetables although it isn't easy to be a vegetarian in VN. And although food in Vietnam is often with meat, there are still many vegetarian dishes & in this tour I'd like to share with you how to make Vietnamese vegetarian food.
Snacks or simple drinks like water, tea, or fruit juice is also provided
You will be given all ingredients and cutleries for your cooking
We will conduct our cooking in our house which is Room no.2108, Tower A, Le Post D'or building. You will go to the lane no.30, Mai Anh Tuan Street, then you see a T-junction. You will be able to see a big yellow building in front of K-Circle. I will meet you at K-Circle or at the lobby of Tower A.
The Experience will need MINIMUM 2 guests to start, please feel free to join with other booked guests if you are coming by yourself. Please let me know if you have any food allergies.
