This tour is designed for photo enthusiasts. If you have a good DSLR camera or would just like to use your phone impress your friends on your Instagram feed, I´ll show you the right spots and angles. I´ll be showing you tips and tricks on your camera and explaining the basic concepts like aperture, speed, ISO and more. Composition, focus and more to make your photos look look like $ 1.000.000 Tour is ever changing depending on season (hours of daylight ) and the weather so no two tours are the same. Perhaps we can have northern lights, perhaps there will be an amazing sunset. Tour will include some "tourist standards" like Harpa , the Sun Voyager and City Hall but also some very secret and less touristic views of the city. We will drive a little to cover more ground but no more than an hour during each tour.
I've been a semi professional photographer for a few years. I've co founder 2 tour companies in Iceland specialized in Photography tours. Besides that I´m an experience Airbnb host and for over 4 years I've hosted hundreds of people from all over the world, visiting Iceland. Check out my instargram feed to see some sample of photos. Happy to take you to some of the same places https://www.instagram.com/reykjavikphototours/?hl=en
For some of the location A short drive may be required to some of the location. Less than 1 hour drive in total.
Tripods if needed
Harpa, Sun Voyager, Grótta, and other typical places. Besides that, a lot of less "touristic" places that you would probably not stumble on by yourself. Can you find a waterfall in the city or a spot to capture the sunset without a busload of tourists in the frame? Where can you take northern lights photos without light pollution? I can help ;) Mostly staying in the city center but there are a few places further away we will visit by car.
最多可有10位年满10周岁的参与者参加。 It´s Iceland, dress code is wet and windy.
Camera (or a phone with camera)
To have an open mind and be flexible. Every tour is a little bit different from the last one, and this is all about finding and capturing the moment.
