We will start at Samuel Beckett Bridge and finish up at Anne's Lane. (Located near Grafton street.) The first location is my favorite bridge in Dublin, offering many different compositions, as well as a great place to practice long exposure. Anne's Lane (The street with the Umbrellas) is really unique location, especially when it has rained recently (due to the reflections!). Here we can practice compositions with different lenses and continue practicing using manual camera settings! This workshop is about the basics of photography and learning to use your camera in "Manual Mode" (Aperture, ISO, Shutter speed. How they work, how to use them, when to use them, and tips and tricks) and "Compositions". In addition, we will explore the basics of long exposure! We will work on topics such as: -Manual Camera Settings -Introduction to long exposure -Compositions -Using tripods -Tips and Tricks *Private Groups are welcome -Customize your experience (Locations + What you want to learn *More advanced concepts*)* *Night workshops also available*
I'm a freelance photographer currently based in Dublin, although originally from the USA (Maryland). My work has been published by GEO Magazine, Outdoor Photography Magazine, and Landscape Photography Magazine, as well as featured online by the likes of National Geographic and NatGeoYourShot. Photography is literally my whole world, it's my passion, and I'm lucky enough to call it my job! I travel the world capturing breathtaking landscapes, sometimes in remote places. I also shoot a a lot of city photography, travel, lifestyle, interiors, automotive, and more!
