We’ll be meeting at a beautiful Park in Sydney Olympic Park enjoying all of mother nature’s goods. After meeting and greeting our One Hour Practice will begin with breathing techniques, Yoga and a relaxing meditation to end our beautiful practice. My classes encourage you to connect to your breathe and be present in the moment of each movement. Being surrounded by Mother Nature is a beautiful environment to practice Yoga connecting us to our true essence. After the practice I provide breakfast bowls for each of you and a bottle of water to enjoy as we sit out under the trees and take in Nature before we leave each other.
My name is Florence and I am a certified Yoga Teacher. I completed by 200 hour training with Body Mind Life Studio in Sydney. I have practiced Yoga for 3 years and decided I wanted to share this beautiful world of Yoga and begin teaching. I love teaching Vinyasa/Hatha style Yoga for Beginners from all walks of life whether you tried Yoga once, twice or not at all- I welcome you! I am super down to earth, gentle and love a good laugh and so I like my classes to reflect my personality to encourage connection to our body, mind and breathe.

Our practice will take place at a beautiful spot in Sydney Olympic Park surrounded by nature. Depending on the weather and size of our group our location change to be indoors or off to a nice spot on a boardwalk overlooking a Lake.

Come dressed in something comfortable to move around in. Wear sunscreen, bring a water bottle and bring a hat. No shoes required for our practice.
