We'll gather in the beautiful outdoor setting of the Imperial Palace grounds where we'll begin our practice with deep breathing. Next we'll delve into the basics of Hatha yoga and meditation. We'll also try face yoga, where you move up to 60 muscles in your face to fully soften them. Beginners are welcome to join us!
Rie is a certified E-RYT200 yoga instructor. She has been active to teach yoga all over in Tokyo for more than 10 years under the name" Nukumori Yoga." She brings her practice to nursing homes, offices, events, chapel in hotel and even online for private lessons. Also many people are healed both physically and mentally by her original private session " Mind Therapy Yoga ."
We'll meet at Wadakura Fountain Park and walk to the Imperial Palace, which is just a couple minutes away. The sprawling grounds of Imperial Palace offer a serene, park-like outdoor setting for our yoga session.
Bring a yoga mat for your practice. If you don't have a yoga mat you can use a large picnic blanket or bath towel. I also recommend bringing water, sunscreen, and a mirror(or Smart Phone )for facial yoga.
