We will meet outside Central Park and walk together to my favorite hidden clearing with picturesque views. While on the walk, I'll get to know your personal intentions for our session. We will get setup and meditate through Hatha Vinyasa flow in the midst of the busiest city in the world. We will close with breathing exercises and relaxing poses before you embark on an exciting day in New York. Our flow will be suitable for both beginners and intermediate level.
I am a Yoga Alliance-certified Hatha Vinyasa yoga teacher. I've instructed yoga around the world, including in Thailand and here in NYC. I love what I do, and I love sharing it with everyone around me. I believe yoga is for everyone, irrelevant of your current strength or flexibility. Don't worry about perfect—just practice.
I will meet you in front of the entrance to Central Park on West 65th Street and Central Park West. We will walk 5-10 minutes to our practice location, in the heart of the park.
Please wear comfortable, stretchy clothes for exercise. No shoes needed. This experience will not take place in the rain or if the grass is very wet from an earlier rainfall.
