My experience would be a short tour starting from 18:30am to 21:30 pm from the Vatican city and then Castel Sant Angelo, Ponte Sant Angelo (with explanations of the historical, artistic, religious aspect of these monuments) and then in the same area (after that short tour and at dinner time) we enter in a delicatessen and pizzeria to have my guests dinner in a real roman local , which would be an authentic and traditional delicatessen-pizzeria (tipo Norcineria) My advice to my guests is to eat a Roman-style cutting board with a nice mixture of hams, salami, cheeses, some vegetables under oiled with Roman Focaccia (a type of Roman pizza-bread)For those of my guests who do not want to eat meat, we can offer them hot pizza with vegetables (with or without cheese)With our dish there is also a glass of Castelli Romani wine with high quality or a bottle of italian beer or a can of coca-cola. But the good part of the experience would be to let our guests take part to prepare their cutting boards with the help of the our masters who work in the same restaurant, instead those who want to eat pizza can take them to the oven to see and explain how to prepare theirs Pizza After dinner we continue our journey to reach Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Fontana di Trevi and at the end Piazza Barberini After this tour I give my guests the best way to get to their accommodation by public transportation
I am a persian boy who has been living in Rome for 10 years, I came to Italy for the reason of studying and now that I have graduated in tourist sciences, I would like to share my experiences with tourists. While in Rome I studied, for my passion, and also to maintain myself, I started working in the historic center of the Rome in the different Italian gastronomic sectors such as butchery - delicatessen, pizzeria, bakery and pastry shop. For these reasons I was able to get to know Italian gastronomy fairly well, especially of products such as cooked and raw ham, salami and cheese. In Rome it is said if you know of these things you can also make a Roman cutting board. So next to the great salami's masters I could also learn to make Roman cutting boards.
