I have lived in Puerto Vallarta for 3 years with María. One night she invited some friends over for dinner at our place and in that moment I realized that I really like to share with others how the real Oaxacan Cuisine was, and I cooked for my friends the most famous dishes that I used to eat while I was growing up. Now, I work for hotels and also enjoy being an ambassador of the Oaxacan Cuisine for our local friends here in PV. With this experience we want to share with you the taste and flavors of the traditional Mole Negro (Black mole) and Mole Rojo (Red Mole) in the best "enchiladas" ever, Oaxacan chesee fondue with chapulines (grasshoppers) and a delicious Mezcal dessert. You will also taste an artesanal Mezcal with sal de gusano. You will also learn to make the delicious traditional Mexican chocolate... Yum!
Hi! My name is Eduardo, I was born and raised in Oaxaca city, but I have been living away from my hometown since I finished college and started working in the hospitality industry, thanks to that I have had the opportunity of living in many states of my country and learned about the different kind of food and flavors around my Mexico. Since I left Oaxaca in 2012, I have always been missing my hometown food, that’s why my family started sending me the ingredients to prepare my food no matter where I was, I can feel close to my mother and grandmother by eating my food.
