During the workshop we will prepare granita, sorbetto and gelato from fresh ingredients, and between preparations you will learn about the history, the secrets and the techniques of the art of gelato making. At the end you will learn how to make a sensory analisys of gelato we've made and you will become a mindful gelato taster.
I started my adventure in the world of gelato at my family shop more than twenty years ago. Every year I used to attend to courses to refine my skills in order to become a professional "gelatiere". I've always desired to transmit the culture of gelato to my customers, driven by their questions and their curiosity : for example who invented gelato, how to prepare it, how to recognize a good gelato and so on ... Now, in a home kitchen not only u can fulfill your curiosity but also you will be able to make gelato in a professional way so that you can make it yourself once you are back home.
We will have a degustation of gelato we have produced and have it as a dessert.
The workshop will be held in my home kitchen, where all the equipment and material will be ready for you.

Let me know if you have allergies or intolerances to any substance. The presence of kids is more than welcome, under the supervision of an accompanying adult. I will provide for participants gel and masks and i will clean and sanitize the kitchen and equipment at every experience.
