We'll meet for a greeting and introduction, followed by a 10-minute briefing on water safety and stand-up paddling and surfing etiquette. Then we'll grab our boards and enter the water. After acclimating to the conditions, learning from instruction, and finding our balance, we'll paddle in formation for about an hour (with intermittent rest periods). There will be several opportunities to take pictures along the way, and one of our instructors will also be capturing images of the group. Upon exiting the water we'll relax for approximately 20 minutes on the beach before going out for a surf session. The same basic instruction applies and we'll have you standing up riding waves within the hour. After surfing, we'll dry off and enjoy a yummy meal served beachside with tables and chairs. As we finish up our meal together we'll go for an easy hike along the Bolsa Chica estuary trail. Our last adventure of the day is based on total relaxation featuring an hour long reflexology massage performed by top-notch-expert masseuses. Lastly, we'll trade contact info, and you'll receive a video clip and pictures from our day together.

We'll start off with a very safe, friendly soft-sand launch from Bolsa Chica State Beach. We'll paddle in formation taking in the scenery with various rest points along the way. Back to the beach for a quick rest and hydration and then back out for your surf lesson. An appetite should appear by now and we'll eat a meal together. Shower, dry off and hike along the estuary trail. And finally, a fairly short drive leads us to a massage parlor.
