You'll learn about the history and spirit of Trinity College from a current student. I'll start by showing you around parliament square and telling you the history of the buildings there, along with a general overview of the college's past. After this, I will bring you to see The Book of Kells, a beautifully illustrated manuscript of the gospel from 800AD and the Long Room, a beautiful old library housing 200,000 of Trinity's oldest books, as shown above. After this, we can go and sit down and have a cup of tea or coffee or even a pint and I will tell you about the history of Dublin city itself, or give you a brief tour of the south side of the central city and tell you about many of the museums or popular nightlife spots.
