We will cook home made traditional pasta in a healthy and low fat way. We will prepare food in a simple vegetarian and vegan ( upon request) dishes rich in flavour and tasty such as Gnocchi, Ravioli, Tagliatelle ( Noodles) and Lasagne. All the ingredients are Top quality organic and biodynamic. During the cooking class, we will prepare three courses using many seeds, herbs. In winter, I'll show you how to make a perfect Ribollita soup. Of course, once the dishes are ready, we will taste them. You will spend a beautiful morning in a non turistic place, cooking in a wonderful atmosphere with my personal Italian style in my beautiful house in Chianti.
My family once owned a Hotel and Restaurant. I've been working for about 20 years in my family hotel, the art of receiving it's for me something inevitable. I love having guests coming from all over the world to know their cultures. Since I was a child, I've loved making pasta, i am really passionate about food and am a food blogger now. I've been giving cooking classes since 2011. I believe in sustainable eco-farming to ensure the food we grow is highly nutritional and i believe in the power of food as a source of well-being and regeneration.

I' m located on the doorstep of the Chianti region, surrounded by nature. I have a tipical tuscan kitchen furnished with antiques and design element very well mixed. Depending on the season, we will be able to sit outside in my beautiful garden to enjoy the meals we prepare. Or we can eat in front of my beautiful fireplace.
You can reach me with rental car, bus or taxi. By agreeing we can meet in Florence at Viale del poggio Imperiale, just in front of the Poggio Imperiale school, i'll pick you up there.
