You’ll learn the proper way to prepare vegetables, how to cook each grain to obtain optimum flavour, how to create a variety of simple and unique sauces and condiments and how to assemble a beautiful Buddha Bowl.
Im an award wining head-chef and passionate teacher at Open Table. My upbringing was mainly in the kitchen around simmering pots, pans and baking trays. I grew up in a large family, where the focus was on lavish food and feasting on diversity and seasonal produce. My mother instilled in me a curiosity and respect for rituals, traditions, and cultural diversity. My passion for food, as well as entertainment, is the result of my Moroccan heritage. I'm dedicated to making a most memorable experience for guests of all cultural backgrounds

The class takes place on my home property in a small purpose-built commercial kitchen. The property has beautiful organic gardens and a lagoon, for everyone to wander around before and during.
