On the Savannah Folklore Tour with Mr Bones, I’ll tell you a stretch of stories as we walk from Liberty Street to Factors Walk, back and forth, across and up Bull Street. We’ll visit 9 squares with plenty of opportunity for detours and drink stops. I’ll show you beautiful churches, historic monuments, old bars and hotels, and I’ll tell you about the history of Savannah as it unfolds before us on our stroll. We’ll make a few drink stops along the way, but I wouldn’t call this a pub crawl: it’s more a collection of short vignettes on a guided peek behind the mossy curtain that obscures Savannah’s darkest secrets. Lines between fact and fiction will be blurred as we tackle some challenging and grotesque ghost stories and legends, coming face to face with one of life’s burning questions: what happens when we die ?
I’m Mr. Bones! I’ve been hosting cemetery tours in Savannah for the past year — I was born and raised here, in what some call “the most haunted city in America.” I have a Bachelors in Public Relations, and have published a book of gothic horror, nine music albums, and have had a whole mess of different jobs in this area (including work as a librarian and in radio broadcast). People like me for my Southern charm, sharp style, and spooky stories. I live just south of historic downtown with my wife and son.
There are opportunities for drink / bathroom stops along our route

Hear the stories of Savannah’s history that haunt it to this day. We might be walking through public parks, but there’s more information and intrigue to be had when walking with Mr. Bones - don’t go it alone!
