We will be practicing Ashtanga Yoga for 60 minutes (asanas). Ashtanga yoga is a powerful tool to tune the body. It improves focus, balance and coordination. A swift and intense set of asanas instills a better sense of rhythm and increases your awareness of the movement and flow of your body. Ashtanga Yoga is for people who like a challenging and highly structured practice. Sequences are predefined based on your personal level. The poses are done in a constant flow and at your own pace. Ashtanga is also a great way to incorporate the meditative side of yoga. By having a set progression throughout the practice, you are able to focus more on the breath. Ashtanga Yoga tradition is great for beginnersand seasoned yogis alike.
Namaste. I'm a Yoga Alliance certified Yoga instructor and therapist teaching from the past 5 years. My area of expertise is Ashtanga yoga. I have more than 1500 hours of teachers training. I've recieved my certificates from 2 very renowned institutes, one is in Mumbai and the other one is in Mysore. I'm extremely passionate about Yoga and it has changed my life completely. The yoga session will be conducted in a beautiful and spacious studio very close to the sea. The studio has amazing positive vibes and is clean and airy with lots of plants around.
