This cooking workshop takes place in my apartment. Before cooking, we will go together to the wine shop next door to taste and choose the best wine to accompany our risotto recipe. We will also visit the neighborhood's permanent market, famous for its food shops. The success of a good risotto greatly depends on the quality of the « bouillon ». We will see how to make a good chicken stock as well as how to cook the risotto and its market filling. Then it will be ready for you to taste!
A natural gift for cooking has been passed down for generations in my family. My mother was an excellent pastry chef who, in addition to her work, provided restaurants. I have been cooking forever and I am happy to have passed on the passion for gastronomy and conviviality to my three children, two of whom are attending cooking schools. I offer my guests to discover several variations around the risotto. I was introduced to this preparation at "Atelier des Chefs" by an Italian female chef. Since then, I experiment and apply this method of cooking to other ingredients than rice.
