You will learn how to make iconic french pastries from a local professional chef. The theme of the pastry varies according to the chosen date.. From the famous french fraisier to the classic macarons, éclairs or french tarts... get all the skills, techniques and secrets to unveil the mystery behind the finest french pastries. I will welcome you with a beverage, coffee or tea, you will then put on your apron and transform into a Parisian chef for a day. The class will start with a brief history about the pastry of the day. I will first demonstrate the recipe ... it will then be your turn to create your own with my assistance. At the end of the class enjoy your creations, take them home with their recipes.

Throughout my career in Paris, France since 2014, I have worked in the most prestigious establishments and for the world’s leading chefs like Joël Robuchon the chef with the most Michelin stars in the world, Hélène Darroze elected world best female chef of the year 2015. I have also traveled around the world to offer French gastronomic fine dining pop up restaurant experiences, professional chefs training, cooking & French pastries classes. I run social media pages Chef Rose Soula on Facebook and Instagram with over 130,000 followers from around the world. I also offer online baking and cooking classes through my social media platforms. The class will take place in my apartment from my modern Parisian kitchen. A well equipped kitchen with materials and gadgets that are found easily in most homes.
