Begin your day in Delhi with a trip on the metro and a cup of masala chai, just like the locals. It'll set you up just fine for this tour. This Delhi city tour has it all - you'll experience the best of Delhi with great street food, markets, bazaars, temples, and famous historical sites. Stop and sample a samosa from a street stall of the 19th century, wander through narrow alleyways, and see the sights, smells, and people of Delhi front and center. Explore a local market where goods on offer range from wedding paraphernalia to cow dung on a string (seriously) and the famous spice market.
Born and raised in Delhi, I've been working as a tour guide from more than 5 years now in Delhi. I speak fluent English and have led tour groups comprising of 1-10 people. I love guiding and hosting travelers in this activity because I like showing my city through my eyes and sharing its local stories with people from all over the world. I want them to spend a nice morning where they visit the oldest part of Delhi, explore the narrow alleys, the chaotic streets, the vibrant colors, the biggest spice market of Asia and enjoy the rickshaw ride with the locals, experiencing the market culture and also eating the food which locals love!! This experience would be led by either Komal, Aman, Shrishti or Kajal.
