In this class, we will make such Osaka style perfect takoyaki. 【What to cook】 ・Takoyaki ・・・ we will start with making Japanese stock which will be they key to bring savory takoyaki to us. We will make takoyaki sauce, however it will be simply tasty even without takoyaki sauce because of the stock we are using for takoyaki. • Japanese Citrus Dressing Salad • Miso soup 【More details】 First Terumi will explain the detailed information what to cook before starting cooking. In this lesson we don't take short cut to make takoyaki. We use big cut octopus because it is the main ingredient for authentic takoyaki. Perfect takoyaki balls have umami and juice comes from the main ingredient, octopus itself. And the red ginger for Terumi's takoyaki, we will make red ginger without food coloring.
