You`ll first do some hiking in a beautiful forest, where you will be able to stop for meditation at a certain moment. Afther the hike you`ll participate in a Kundalini yoga class. Then we will have lunch together. For the siesta, you will lie down and enjoy a rebalancing sound healing massage in nature. The experience will be very very refreshing, empowering and fun for everyone
I am an experienced guide in the area we are visiting. I am a Hatha yoga, Kundalini yoga and Yoga Nidra teacher. I am a reiki Master and a Certified teacher in the Celêstial System (www.sistemacelestial.com). I teach courses to help you to find your life purpose and one on one sessions to discover your inner talents. I organize all types of activities (retreats, hikes, special sessions) to encourage you to live happier, feel stronger and take life easier. The activity will be taught in English and Spanish. I love poetry, music and dance, and I also combine Art in my classes, sessions and conferences around the world.

We will hike in a very beautiful forest with lots of shade and refreshing trees, very close to Madrid. We can provide cars if you need transportation. We will just share gas. The are where we will do the meditation and the yoga session is very fresh and wonderful, so you will feel the power of nature. This activity is a great one day getaway from the city.

Bring confortable cloths for the hiking and the yoga session, some water and your picnic. Please bring something to share aswell. You can bring a yoga mat or a towel for the practice. Bring good vibes and great energy!
It is an easy walk, so no worries about that. Also the yoga class will be ok for everyone, even if you haven´t ever practiced yoga or meditation.
