We will meet in our studio kitchen to make together different types of vegan empanadas that we will savour together in the beautiful London Fields with a bottle of Malbec (if the weather helps us!) Some of the options we will make are: soya meat empanadas, Broccoli and chillies and artichokes; we will make the dough, the filling and the baking so you have all the tools for then to make them at home!
I’m the founder and chef of Studio Cocina Shoreditch, a creative culinary space specialised in SouthAmerican vegan cuisine. Born in 2013 Cocina manifests itself in different formats: supper clubs, food festivals, cooking classes for children, art exhibitions, food installations between others. Nominated finalist of 2018 Young British Food Awards, each year Cocina explores new angles of a more ethical way of eating and living.
Our studio kitchen works both as a fashion studio and a profesional kitchen and is nearby beautiful parks, so it is easy to cook and then go to taste our food in beautiful natural areas
