This Personal Yoga session is designed for everyone who is willing to improve in the world of yoga, as well as for beginners. Session will start with breathing techniques and meditation, following by yoga poses with the explanation of their technique, benefits and anatomy, finishing off with mindfull movement and relaxing shavasana. We are going to explore variation of sun salutations and all possible adjustments that work for you, are safe and beneficial for your body. I am going to show you the way, how you can practise safely on your own when you are back home.
Hello, My name is Aneta. I 'm a certified Yoga teacher, Thai Yoga Massage therapist, and Mindfulness coach. I live on this beautiful Island and I have created Fuerteventura Yoga for all willing to learn and practice Yoga. For the past 20 years, I have been studying and practising with the leading teachers within the fields of; Prana Vinyasa Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Yoga for Kids & Families, Partner Yoga, Advanced Thai Yoga Massage Techniques, Thai Massage for Pregnancy, Mindfulness, Movement Medicine. I work with people all ages and abilities, adults and kids, carefully adapting each session to meet individual needs, helping you to feel your best.
