Meditation & More
Join us for a chance to un-plug, slow down, and re-connect. We will start with some breath work and flow into a gentle guided meditation. I will teach you how to meditate. I will also teach you breathing techniques for calming and balancing your mind, body and emotions. The Meditation classes are held Sat 5-6pm, Sun 5-6pm. We are so excited to share this practice with people living in Mumbai and or just stopping through. You will feel connected to yourself and leave feeling more aware of yourself and your surroundings.
A trained Pranic Healer, I started learning yoga and meditation at the age of 13 and have since studied and practiced various meditation techniques. After experiencing the profound impact meditation had on my health and well-being, I am keen to share the benefits of meditation with others. I work in the content team for one of India’s biggest banks and my living room doubles up as my meditation studio. It is the perfect space to slow down, reconnect, and anchor in the present moment.
We will meditate in my living room which also doubles up as my meditation studio. On a clear day we can also meditate in my private garden overlooking the sea.
