I will use a scientific color device and Korean draping fabrics to find out your prettiest shade of K-color, the oriental color that works best with your skin. As I will also recommend the prettiest Hanbok color for your skin tone, it will be helpful if you come to my class before renting a Hanbok. First, we'll meet and walk through the park to a cafe, where I'll give you an introduction into K-color. You'll learn about the history of this concept and also about the different kinds of Hanbok, our traditional attire. I'll determine your best K-color—an oriental shade—and Hanbok color by using a scientific color digitizer and Korean fabrics. You will learn not only the best, but also the worst color for your skin tone. Participants will be from various nationalities and we'll have different color and fashion activities available in the class. At the end of the experience, you'll return to the subway station.
I am a freelance colorist in Korea and I've been a fashion expert for several years. I majored in fashion design at a Korean university and I've worked on projects with six global fashion brands. Since I was 14 years old, I've been living my life under the motto: "Let's remind others of their specialness through fashion and color." As I'm fascinated with Korean traditional clothes, I've been studying Korean traditional attire and colors for almost five years. Fashion and colors have the power to remind others that they are special, and this is my reason for hosting this workshop.

We'll meet at the station and walk through Olympic Park to the traditional Korean cafe where our workshop will be held. As we stroll through the park, I will explain the structure of this historically significant area built to commemorate the 88th Seoul Olympics.
Light makeup is recommended for accurate diagnosis for color.
I recommend you wear light makeup. Light makeup refers to a natural makeup with a thin foundation, eyeliner, eyebrows, and lipstick that all look as light as possible.
