Our cottage was built in 2019 and was ready for furnishing in October 2019. The whole house, interior and houseware is generally of high quality. The living room has a cosy sofa and a 65” tv screen. All beds are high quality with down comforters for every guest. There are two bathrooms, where one of the bathrooms also serves as a laundry room, and an indoor hottub with view over Akureyri. the outside storage room you have space for your outdoor equipment. My property is beautiful house in the country side with a great mountain view and as well a view over the ocean. This is a home stay, I live in the house with my husband. I am renting out four rooms. Location is very close to Akureyri (9 km) and good for a day trips f.x. to Mývatn, Dettifoss, and Húsavík. In the neigbourhood there is a golf-course, swimming pool, horse rental, hiking trails and vegan diner. You can have access to kitchen for light meals and heat something in the oven.
