Lofty ceilings and timber walls create a warm bach-like interior with large ceiling fans in each room and a log burner fire. Glass sliders open out to dramatic views of the harbour and hills. Enjoy a drink or BBQ on the large deck or unwind with a hot outdoor bath. Just a 5-minute walk from the local supermarket and brew bar.

With easy access to coastal walking tracks, 500m walk to the beach, 5 mins from Lyttelton & 20 mins to Christchurch central this space is the perfect getaway spot. The Vineyard Retreat Summerhill Heights Vineyard

Country Thyme Cabin

Contemporary self contained modern cabin situated in a peaceful and private garden setting. It has 2 double glazed doors leading on to a deck with out door seating. Separate access way, with parking bay at side of cabin. Additional parking is available in adjoining paddock with gate through to alleyway. Cabin has starlink wifi with excellent wifi connection. The cabin is on a lifestyle block, with extensive gardens, orchard, herb garden, sheep, chickens, and hydroponic system.

Romantic Vineyard getaway, hot tub & awesome views

Our Wine Pod, a beautiful Tiny House, sits privately nestled on the Georges Road Winery & Vineyard, with panoramic views across the vines to the hills & alps beyond. Enjoy the hot tub under the stars, relax on the deck, enjoy a complimentary wine tasting up at the Winery, use our complimentary bikes to explore the area, with kitchen and bbq (bring your own supplies or purchase local antipasto fare at our Cellar Door), luxury bedding, bluetooth sound and with breakfast included.

Darfield: Homebush School Cottage

Homebush Cottage is part of the 130 year old former Homebush School, located on the Southern Scenic Route, 8kms from Darfield township and close to popular Skifields, Lakes and amazing tourist destinations, thus making us the perfect stopover. The cottage is set on 3 acres including beautiful rambling gardens and tennis court. The Cottage is super comfy and suitable for a couple. We provide a self catering continental breakfast including free range eggs from Brown Shavers !!!

Charming heritage cottage only moments from the airport. Surrounded by beautiful park-like gardens our warm 2 bedroom cottage is the perfect place to unwind whether you’re on route or looking for a relaxing getaway. Thoughtfully renovated this historic grain store has been turned into a modern, spacious 2 bedroom cottage complete with open plan kitchen and living space and a light spacious conservatory. We have a friendly golden retriever who may pop down to say hello :)

Rose Cottage Pretty Countryside Retreat

This stand-alone cottage sits on our peaceful rural property, giving you privacy, space, and a true country escape. Your own private garden looks out over our paddock, home to Roxie and Sidney, our friendly pet sheep, along with Gem and Wednesday, our adorable miniature horses — a favourite with guests of all ages. Just 25 minutes from the airport and 40 minutes from Christchurch CBD, our cottage is perfectly positioned for both convenience and relaxation.

Silk Tree Cottage is a modern, self-contained standalone property perched on 5 acres of serene, park like grounds. It sits separately from the main house, offering guests privacy and tranquility. Located 2 minutes from State highway 1 and 20 minutes to Christchurch airport and similar time into the city. The town of Rolleston offering a range of eateries and supermarkets is just a 3 minutes drive. Complimentary breakfast provisions for the first two days.

We aim to provide as much information and comfort as you need to have a great experience.

The Motorway access is very close that allows you a quick route into Christchurch or travel to the north or south.
