Come spend a holiday in a unique and lovely new villa, equipped with a beautiful swimming-pool. The villa is located in the northern part of Tel Aviv, in a very quiet, green and peaceful neighborhood (Tel Baruch), and is stylishly decorated. The location will not only give you easy access to Tel Aviv city center, but also to all major highways which will take you anywhere in the country. The sea is less than 10 minutes away by car, and the beautiful Yarkon park is within walking distance. There you can enjoy bike riding, Segway tours, wall climbing, barbecuing and much more. The villa itself will pamper you with a high standard of living: there are 3 fully furnished bedrooms, 2 beautiful balconies, 3 TV sets (with cables), an internet connection for your free use, airconditioning, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer etc. You can enjoy sitting by the pool, under a grape vine, listening to wind chimes. You also have free parking at your disposal. חופשה נעימה ומלאה בפינוקים ממתינה לכם בוילה מונטאנו השוכנת בראשון לציון הוילה מתאימה לאירוח של 15 נפשות, מושלמת לזוגות ומשפחות. יום גיבוש עובדים מסיבת רווקים רווקות (לא ניתן לשים מוסיקה גבוה בחצר ניתן להשמיע מוסיקה בתוך הבית ) בוילה יש בריכה חיצונית (מחוממת בחורף), ג'קוזי וסאונה בחדרי הרחצה מפנקים. במתחם יש 4 חדרי שינה וסלון ענק, מטבח מאובזר, פינת אוכל ו-2 חדרי רחצה. כל שטח הוילה בגודל 650 מטר מרובה בוילה יכולים להתארח עד 15 אנשים. לא מתאימה למסיבות בחצר או מפגשים רועשים
