This lake house has 2 king lakeview rooms with new hybrid mattresses. The twin room has a new memory foam mattress that pulls out to make a King. The loft has a Queen mattress. Our quiet dead end street is right off of the main road and very close to Walmart, restaurants, local beach areas, sugarloaf mountain, and the little red river! Fee sent if over max capacity.

The private woodland retreat for two adults features a two-person jacuzzi hot tub that allows you to look over the entire lake. The treehouse has a full kitchenette with a stove top oven, microwave, dining area, Fireplace with a 65-inch smart TV. The L shape sectional couch with chaise turns into a sleeper. The private wrap around deck is huge and the views are spectacular

Great lake retreat with a large covered and uncovered deck space for relaxation and star gazing. Lake house sits on a flat 2.5 acre lot with private access to expansive rock point for swimming, fishing and sitting and relaxing with the lake all around you. Master suite: king bed and 20 ft ceilings; Guest room: one bunkbed and one queen bed and TV with DVD player. Cozy living room and kitchen, wood burning fireplace, SmartTV. It is centrally located to everything in Heber Springs, including only 1.5 miles from lake access. Will you be showing up after dark? That's okay, this house lights up every night! Just wait until you see it. We have worked really hard to create this beautiful home and everything in it. We hope you love it as much as we do!!

You’ll love our cabin because of the coziness, fully-furnished bathrooms/kitchen/laundry area, the comfy beds, authentic log home experience and the easy water access that is great for swimming, fishing, or sitting in the shade. You will also love the spacious den that is rarely found in lakefront properties. Our cabin is good for couples, families, big groups, friends, and furry friends (pets).

It is all about the view. This chalet style house with floor to ceiling windows, has more than 180 degrees view of the lake, and sits 600 feet above the water. Don't be alarmed if a plane flies below you while you're sitting on the deck! In our opinion, both the house and the lot make the view one of the very best on Greers Ferry Lake! Photos cannot do this place justice. It has to be seen!
