Cozy & Private 1 bedroom 1 bath carriage house located on 15 acres between the Pamlico Sound and Goose Creek State Park. Enjoy the panoramic views from your private balcony. Access to the waterfront and boat dock. There is a small boat launch for your small boats, jet skis, kayaks and paddleboards next to the pier. Shared use of the screened-in gazebo. Come Relax and Enjoy it!

Waterfront Home with hottub, kayak, and jon boat

Fishing paradise, breathtaking sunrise and moonlight from your private hottub on the back deck, steps to the water. Tandem kayak and small boat included. You can fish, kayak, or wade from the back yard! We've caught drum, flounder, shrimp, etc. Master has a king nectar bed and an amazing view of the water from the picture windows. 3 miles to beach, 13 miles to Aquarium, & 13 miles to Camp Lejeune. The road is close but once you exit your vehicle, you feel like you are in your own lil paradise.

Coastal Retreat on Waterway w/Hot Tub

Quaint 3 bdrm 2 ba home situated on the intracoastal waterway. Want to go to the beach but don't want to be in the mainstream of it all? We are close enough but far enough. Enjoy tranquil moon lit nights listening to dolphins as they swim by. By day, lounge on the porch, pergola, hot tub or dock and watch the parade of boats pass by. For the fishing enthusiasts an array of fish can be caught from the dock to incl, sheep's head, flounder, puppy drum, speckled trout, blue fish, crabs and more.

River Watch Retreat

You will not forget your stay at the River Watch Retreat, and will want to tell your friends. This beautiful cabin offers a full NW view of the Carolina Blue Sky and setting sun on ENC's Trent River. Interior is paneled in locally sourced Poplar with Cedar accents. Beadboard and custom ceramic tile compliment the bathroom. Sleeping options: foldout couch downstairs and futon in loft. *Watch Bald Eagles, Geese, Heron and Osprey from 2 elevated decks a stone's throw from the water!

With a quiet beachfront location, this home boasts four balconies with a view! Two balconies that face the ocean offer plenty of sunshine and endless dolphin sightings. The two balconies off the back of the home offer amazing sunset views, and wildlife sightings of the inter coastal waterway. Enjoy a stroll on the beach from the private entrance and pergola. Stocked with every modern comfort, this open concept home has plenty of room to host you and your loved ones!

Water Lover's Retreat

Private, open floor plan cottage-studio on the water. Wake to views of the White Oak River, fish, kayak and enjoy the sunrise and sunsets from the decks. Easy paddle to Jones, other intracoastal islands and to Swansboro for lunch. A ~15 minute drive will take you to the Emerald Isle beaches or Swansboro to walk the historic district and visit the many shops and restaurants. Carriage House on the Neuse River

It is a perfect place to rest and relax and enjoy country, river life. The carriage house is 650 sq feet of open living space with a full bath, queen size bed, living area and full size kitchen on the second floor of our carriage house. It is private. There is a deck with wonderful views of boating and sunsets. You have access to our dock for sun bathing, fishing and swimming.
