Our home is truly unique, made of reassembled hand-hewn logs from the 1800's , custom built in 2008 with Modern Scandinavian interior design. We love the combination of the getaway into nature with the modern amenities of home.

We're out in the country but just over a 15-minute drive from downtown Asheville, Biltmore, Hendersonville, Asheville Airport, and dozens of breweries.

Sitting on two acres above Hickory Nut Gap Farm, this home is a great place to explore all that Asheville & Western NC has to offer! It is a truly unique space with custom everything including a cathedral ceiling in the living room, a fully stocked kitchen with quartz countertops, hardwood floors throughout and lovely mountain views from all the bedrooms. Enjoy relaxing on the screen porch, grilling out on the deck, hanging out by the fire pit, or taking a short walk to the creek waterfall.

The Studio at 217 is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in as-yet-to-be-discovered East Asheville. This cozy, light filled space is attached to a corner of our handmade log home, with it's own private entrance and designated parking. Our property abuts Blue Ridge Parkway land, so it's a short hike on a clear trail through the woods to the Mountains-to-Sea Trail or the Parkway. The Studio is 15 mins from the Biltmore, just 12 mins from downtown, and one mile from a local grocery store.

And there is a fenced in area attached to the house where dogs can be let free. There are local stores and restaurants within just a few miles of the house.
