The Outhouse
Attractive and well equipped outhouse recently built as part of a self build project. Bright aspect with double glazed floor to ceiling windows and well insulated. Set within large garden and adjacent to owners house. Located within countryside only 2.5 miles from the historic town of Linlithgow. with railway links to Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling. Ideally placed within the central belt to visit many of its attractions and 11 miles from Edinburgh airport. A welcome breakfast pack included.

The picturesque setting on the canal bank means you are directly between the Falkirk Wheel and the famous Kelpies, the perfect base for exploring!

'The Howff' is a refurbished farm worker's bothy in a rural location with lots of walks and access to beautiful parts of Perthshire. One hour's drive from Edinburgh, 20 mins Dundee or Perth. This authentic bothy contains one room with single bed, wood burning stove, mini kitchen unit with fridge, oven, portable hob and kettle, separate shower room, wc, basin. Linen and towels included. Although small, The Howff is warm and cosy and makes a perfect retreat. Please note for ONE only.

The pet friendly (two maximum), self contained unit is a detached annexe, internal dimensions are 6m x 4m. Set amidst beautifully Japanese gardens, it has modern amenities having been completed in May 2022. The guest house is ideally located in Central Scotland with motorway access to all areas North, South, East and West, 5 minutes drive from the location. The railway station at Falkirk High with a journey time of 20 minutes to both Glasgow and Edinburgh is a 10 minute drive.

The Tanhouse Studio, Culross
The Tanhouse Studio is a truly unique property right in the heart of the historic village of Culross; one of the most charming villages in Scotland. Steeped in history, blessed with incredible views, galleries, an abbey, a castle, a palace, cafes, and most importantly a pub(!), it is the perfect location for a relaxing break. There's 200 years of history in our cosy little cottage. Part of the original village cross and formerly ‘Bab’s Shop’, it is now a one bedroom haven. There's wonderful walks from the doorstep and it's a great base to explore the cities and sights of central Scotland. Our quiet & lovely village pub, The Swan is open Friday- Monday. It was the first community owned pub in Scotland and has recently had a major refurbishment. Be sure to book ahead, it’s popular!
